Dr. Archana Chaudhari has around 12 years of experience in teaching. She has successfully completed the orientation programme and short term faculty development programmes on soft skills and trains the trainers organized by UGC. She has worked as a resource person for Action Research and guided primary school teachers in their research. She has conducted workshops on action research, multiple intelligences, advanced pedagogy, emotional management, active learning and many other topics related to pre-primary, primary and secondary level for in-service teachers of SSC and CBSE and Assistant Professors of colleges and for Faculty Development Programme organized by Symbiosis International University. She has also conducted the lectures for PhD course work and is a member of PhD research work committee of MITADT School of Education. She is a part of the Academic audit team and has done academic audits of the MIT schools. She is a member of the Board of studies of Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune and MITADT School of Education. She is also a Member of the Council for Teacher Education and AIAER. She has attended State, National and International seminars and has presented and published research papers. She has performed various responsibilities like Paper Setting (SPPU &MIT ADT University), Examination and Moderation, Local Inspection Committee member (SPPU).
